understand this. However, international law does not require
ANY citizen to collect or pay taxes to any part of
government which uses those taxes to advance the cause of those who
gain power, hide the truth and then deny any citizen full and
impartial justice. UNTIL the legal case, outlined in this book, is
addressed through recompense and an apology from the parties whom I
challenged in corrupted Canadian courts starting in 2002 AND until
those persons controlling our electoral systems are made to respect
international, constitutional AND Canadian Criminal Code law as
it applies to our vote AND until Canada's courts meet the legal
requirement to be freed of discriminating behaviours of any kind,
including the promotion of partisans as judges and court clerks,
then there is no legal requirement for any citizen to send money to
the public treasuries where the abuse of the citizens' rights are
then promoted and then propagandized through the use of our taxed
dollars. In short, when the abuse of power and position ends, as the
law compels, then I will return to paying taxes to law abiding,
democratically functioning institutions. Read the book.

presentation sessions: Interested groups can apply (via e-mail) for the author to deliver batches of books and to make a one to two hour "lecture". The general theme of such talks will be why our judicial system needs radical reforms if we ever expect to have credible democracy of any kind and a greater assurance of honesty in business. The author will use this story to illustrate how the recurring abuse of power and privilege leads to the collapse of world wide economies because the business of business is no longer trusted. Why Canadians should be standing in the streets IF electoral reform, in respect to constitutional law, is NOT immediately implemented in Ottawa and across this nation, is a major part of this book's theme. The author will deliver the number of books prepaid for and do lectures on the basis his costs of travel and time, depending on the location. Persons interested in assuring that the publication of this book continues can send any amount over the cost of the book purchase items listed on this page. This should be sent as a separate item (cheques preferred for this part). Such payments would be considered a "publishing loan" to the author. These loans will be used only if they are needed to secure the publishing of larger batches of this book in response to demands.
If the cheque is not returned to the sender within 30 days, then the loan would start to gain a 10% annual interest charge, payable by the author to the sender annually. This loans request section may be immediately removed IF the book sales generate the revenues to allow the author to continue meeting demand on a monthly book-sales basis.
